The learned APP would complain that the investigations are not complete and the charge-sheet could not be filed on account of the Appellant not remaining present before the Investigating Officer and not co-operating for completion of the investigations. In that view of the matter, the Appellant shall remain present before the Investigating Officer on 25 and 26 November 2024 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and shall co-operate with investigations. List the Appeal on 2 December 2024. Interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of hearing.
