1) Heard learned counsel for the Appellants and APP for State. Issue notice to Respondent No.2 returnable on 13 August 2024. 2) I have gone through the FIR. It appears that the offences charged against the Appellants in respect of the Sections under the Indian Penal Code are bailable. The order passed by the Trial Court records that the injury suffered by the First Informant is simple. The learned APP produces before me the injury certificate which again shows cause of simple injury to the First ____Page No.

In that view of the matter, the Appellants deserve to be granted interim protection till Respondent No.2 makes his appearance. 3) Accordingly, in the event of arrest of the Appellants in connection with C.R. No. 246 of 2024 registered with Yeola Taluka Police Station, District-Nashik, they shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
4) The Appellants shall appear before the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station on 22 and 23 July 2024 between 11 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and co-operate in investigation.
5) Appellants shall furnish identity and address proof of themselves and their two blood relatives while furnishing sureties. 6) Appellants shall not pressurize the informant or any other witnesses acquainted with the facts of the case nor shall tamper with the evidence either directly or indirectly.
7) List the Appeal on 13 August 2024.
