2) Time to supply spare copy of the application is extended by one week from today. If copy is supplied, issue fresh notice to Respondent No.2 returnable on 22 October 2024. Investigating Officer to record statement of Respondent No.2 as directed by this Court vide order dated 16 July 2024.
