He further submits that the Appellant is acquitted of the offences punishable under the Maharashtra Control Of Organised Crime Act, 1999 and the conviction is only u/s. 379 & 341 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, for which the Appellant is sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment Husen
