I have heard Ms. Tapkire, the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant.

After considering the submissions canvassed by Ms. Tapkire, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order dated 12 June 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge at this stage. However the Appellant shall be at liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if no substantial progress is made in the crime within one year.
