Mr. Pasbola, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Appellants, after taking instructions from the Appellants, makes a statement that possession of both the flats shall be handed over to the Complainant within two weeks. The statement is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. Prima facie, it appears that the FIR is lodged on account of dispute between the parties with regard to ownership, possession and license agreement in respect of the two flats. In that view of the matter, till the next date of hearing, no coercive action shall be taken against the Appellants. List the Appeal on 4 September 2024.
