While recording the said fact in para No.1 of the said Order, it has been erroneously typed as, she sought time to peruse record. 1.1) She therefore requested that, para No.1 of Order dated 6th March 2026 be corrected accordingly.

DTG 56-Apeal-912-2024.doc 2) Learned Special P.P. concedes to the above said fact. 3) In view thereof, para No.1 of Order dated 6th March 2026 stands deleted from record and is replaced by following paragraph :- "Learned Special P.P. appearing for Respondent No.2-NIA seeks time to peruse record and to take instructions." 4) Order dated 6th March 2026 be corrected accordingly and a corrected copy of Order be uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.

5) At the request of learned Special P.P, stand over to 24th March 2026.
