I have perused the impugned order passed below "Exhibit 1" in Criminal Misc. Application No.37 of 2024 by the Special Judge, under SC ST Act, Pune dated 16th July, 2024. Certain glaring and shocking aspects have been brought to fore by the learned Counsel as to how not only the learned Special Judge, under the SC ST Act, Pune passed the impugned order but also the concerned Police Department including the Superintend of Police have violated the provisions enunciated in the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
