1) After arguing the Appeals for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the Appellants would seek to withdraw the Appeals with liberty to apply afresh before the learned Special Judge for grant of bail in the event of there being no substantial progress in the trial for a period of one year. Reserving the liberty so prayed for, the Appeals are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. 2) With disposal of the Appeals, Interim Application taken out therein does not survive.
