The learned A.P.P. has placed before us the copy of FIR No. 0015 of 2024, registered with Bolinj Police Station on 24.10.2024, pursuant to the directions issued under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C., which is assailed in the present Appeal. The offence is now registered under Sections 3 and 4 of the MPID Act and Section 406, 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the wake of the subsequent development, Mr. Ponda, learned senior counsel representing the Appellant seek leave to amend the Appeal by raising a challenge to the said FIR and also for amending the memo of the Appeal, so as to raise grounds in connection thereof.

Leave granted.

Upon the amendment being carried out within a period of three weeks, the copy of the amended Appeal memo shall be served upon the learned counsel for the Respondents. Re-notify to 21.11.2024.
