2) Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the Appellants in Appeal Nos.1273 of 2024 on instruction submitted that, the Appellants are not pressing their challenge to the application of "The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes (BUDS) Act, 2019" and prayer clauses (e) to (g).

3) Both the statements are accepted.

4) By consent of learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, stand over to 18th March, 2026.

5) Ad-interim relief, if any granted earlier, to continue till the next date.
