The Competent Authority seek some more time to file the affidavit-in-reply through their communication dated 22.11.2024 addressed to Mr. Yagnik, the learned A.P.P. Mr. Rao, the learned counsel for the Appellant seek liberty to file his rejoinder pursuant to the affidavit being filed by the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Let the copies of the affidavit which are already filed be placed on record and similarly the copies shall be served upon all the concerned.

Since time is sought to complete the pleadings, the order dated 13.11.2024 particularly as regards the Clause No.9 in the order dated 26.09.2024, shall continue to remain in force.

Let the necessary affidavit be filed on or before 09.12.2024 with a liberty to file rejoinder within a period of one week thereafter.
