On last date, the learned counsel for the Appellants submit that, during pendency of the Appeal charge-sheet is filed and he will produce copy of the charge-sheet before this Court. Today he submit that, he has not received any instructions from the Appellant nor he contacted him. Hence, he is unable to produce the copy of the charge-sheet.
