Pursuant to an order dated 9th December 2024 (Coram: Sandeep V. Marne,J.), the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Navi Mumbai has recorded the statement of mother of the victim on 2nd January, 2025. The sum and substance of the statement is that the victim's mother seeks free legal aid. 2.

The High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint a suitable advocate to espouse the cause of the respondent no. 2 before the this Court.
