All the learned Counsel including the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Parties invited our attention to the order dated 18.12.2024. Vide that order it was noted that, the Court expected Mr. Gavand, the learned APP to obtain instructions qua the assets mentioned in the referred communication by ascertaining as to its valuation as well as whether they still remain unencumbered, as on that date. 2.
Learned APP Shri Gavand submitted that the investigating agency has appointed a registered valuer, and he is in the process of following the directions mentioned in the order dated 18.12.2024. He submitted that since the properties are located at

different places, and it is also necessary to find out whether there is encumbrances on these properties, it is taking some time. He seeks further time for atleast three weeks.

Considering his request, list this matter for further consideration on 19th March 2025.

The interim arrangement for protection of property as mentioned in the order dated 18.12.2024 shall continue till the next date.
