The grievance made in this appeal under Section 14-A of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is against the impugned Order dated 02.12.2024 passed in Criminal M.A.No. 94 of 2018, whereby complaint / proceeding before the Tiral Court is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the original complainant submits that when the process has been already issued against the accused No.1, there was no justification to dispose of the said proceeding. 4.
Though learned counsel for the contesting respondent opposed 1/2

Having regard to the fact that the process was already issued against accused No.1 i.e. contesting respondent herein and hence there was no question of disposal of the complaint. As such, there is merit in the appeal, as impugned order cannot sustain. Impugned order is set aside. 6.
The complaint / proceeding pending before the Special Court stands restored.
