LATA SUNIL PANJWANI After issuance of process on 31st March 2023 the trial Court disposed of the complaint vide order dated 2nd December 2024. The same order is under challenge. Submission is the accused furnished bail in the month of August 2023 and thereafter the matter is posted for recording evidence before the charge. On this background learned trial Court Judge was not justified in disposing of the complaint, is a submission.
