1. Leave to implead Mr. Romario Jaisal De Souza as Respondent No.2, who is the victim/complainant in the matter and is present in the Court today. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

2. It is submitted by Respondent No.2 that he has applied for an Advocate under the Free Legal Aid scheme from the Goa Legal Services Authority (GSLSA). The GSLSA to expedite the appointment of the Advocate such that the Advocate is allotted to the Respondent under the Free Legal Aid scheme by next Monday i.e. by 27.01.2025, since the matter is now listed to that date.

3. Issue notice to Respondent to be served through Humdast by the concerned Police Inspector of Calangute Police Station. Notice shall be made returnable on 27.01.2025.

4. The Registry for the time being may waive the uploading of the amended copy of the petition and issue notice on the basis of this order and the hard copy to be supplied to the State. An amended copy of the petition shall be uploaded within a period of 10 days from today. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
