It is petitioner's grievance that vide application dated 28.11.2020 she had made specific grievance to the police about forgery and fraud pertaining to the document of will. It is petitioner's contention that despite disclosure of cognizable offence the police have not registered crime and therefore directions have been sought.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable after four weeks.
