CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APL) NO.919/2023 Heard.

Prayer is for quashing of the F.I.R. in Crime No.0356/2022 registered by non-applicant No.2 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

By way of interim order this Court has restrained the Investigating Officer from filing the chargesheet against the applicants.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the application by permitting the Investigating Officer to file the chargesheet by granting liberty to the applicants to approach this Court questioning the

apl919.2023.odt chargesheet or it shall be open for the applicants to move for discharge, if they so desire. The application stands disposed of. 5.

The aforesaid order is passed keeping in view the statement made by the learned Advocate for the applicants that the applicants are not pressing the application and liberty be granted to the applicants to approach this Court, if occasion arises. 6.

In view of aforesaid order, Criminal Writ Petition No.14/2024 is not pressed and disposed of accordingly.
