It is the petitioner's grievance that the respondent No.2 Commissioner of Police is unnecessarily harassing the Office bearers of Society under one or other pretext. Particularly it is submitted that in all the offences which are registered against the Office bearers they have obtained pre-arrest bail, however, the Office beareres of the petitioners are on and often called during enquiry. It is submitted that the Police Commissioner is assuming the role of Co-operative Registrar and bent upon to harass the Office bearers.
