In continuation to the previous order, the status report of the investigation has been submitted in a sealed envelope. The same is opened in the Court. Having perused the same, it appears that the Investigating Agency has recorded statements of 30 witnesses and collected documents, which indicate misuse or diversion of institutional funds under the head of NPA, staff loan, loan sanctioned by Kamptee Branch and so on, which has an

The Investigating Officer submits that certain important documents are still awaited from the Registrar of Companies, the Cooperative Commissioner, Maharashtra, and the Society under investigation 03.

The Investigating Officer is at liberty to seek direction, if the documents are not supplied, but shall ensure expeditious completion of investigation.

04.

We also expect the Investigating Agency to submit before us the details of the evidence specifying the exact nature of diversion of funds and other such acts that would attract the provisions of the Indian Penal Code and other penal provisions.

List on 5th March, 2026 for further consideration. 06.

The status report filed today shall be kept in a sealed envelope with the record of the Court.
