DATED : 08-06-2026 Today learned Amicus Curiae has apprised us of the development in the investigation and submitted that the charge-sheets have already been filed in all five crimes bearing Crime No. 327/2022 registered at Nandanvan Police Station, Nagpur; Crime No. 294/2022 registered at Old Kamptee Police Station, Nagpur; Crime No. 58/2023 registered at Nandanvan Police Station, Nagpur; Crime No. 21/2022 registered at Old Kamptee Police Station, Nagpur; and Crime No. 413/2025 registered by the SIT at Kotwali Police Station, Nagpur. It is further submitted that

2 wp 1068.19 supplementary charge-sheets in the three crimes are also filed. The Investigating Officer is also present before the Court. 2.

In view of the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 01-12-2025, this Court was directed to monitor/supervise the investigation entrusted above till the same is taken to its logical ends. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed on record a status report in a sealed cover. The learned Amicus Curiae also received the copy thereof. On going through the status report, it reveals that charge-sheets are already filed in all the aforesaid crimes. The said status report be kept along with the record in a sealed cover. 4.

In view of the statement made by the learned Amicus Curiae as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader and the status report which is placed on record, nothing survives in the petitions. The petitions are disposed of accordingly.
