Vide order dated 6-11-2025, respondent no. 3 was called upon to file detail reply as to what steps were taken in respect of communication dated 29-6-2023 made by Commissioner of Police, Nagpur. The order was so passed because it was found that respondent no. 3 failed to take steps in terms of the aforesaid communication.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 seeks time to file reply on the ground that there was certain technical issue in filing reply on-line. Thus, it appears that respondent no. 3 is not in a position to file reply in time as well. Nonetheless, we grant one more opportunity, but cautioning respondent no. 3 of taking action, if he fails to take steps to file reply in terms of order passed by this Court.
