Both the learned advocates agree for appointment of Mr. Jaideep J. Chandurkar, Advocate as a Mediator in the matter. Accordingly, Mr. J. J. Chandurkar, learned advocate is appointed as a Mediator in the matter.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 13.08.2024 at 2.00 p.m. in the Mediation Centre of this Court.

Learned Mediator shall submit the mediation report within four weeks from appearance of the parties before him.

Stand over after Six weeks.
