The petitioner came with only grievance that he has applied for cancellation of regular bail, however, the trial court has not disposed it expeditiously. 2.
At the instance of applicant, Crime No.227 of 2023 at Sakkardara Police Station was came to be registered against respondent No.2-Anil Thakre, who was arrested. Respondent No.2-Anil has applied for regular bail which was allowed by Sessions Court vide order dated 08.06.2023.

The applicant (informant) has applied to the Sessions Court on 10.07.2023 seeking cancellation of bail vide Criminal Application No.290 of 2023. In the said application, respondent No.2 (accused) has appeared and also filed reply on 05.09.2023. On such a background it is the grievance that sessions court is not deciding the application for bail cancellation and therefore, sought Kavita

Having regard to the nature of grievance we do not see any reason to issue notice and call, respondent No.2. Apparently, he cannot say that the application shall not be decided earlier. Since, it is an application for cancellation of bail and the mater is ready for hearing, the trial court is under obligation to decide it expeditiously. In view of that, we hereby direct the trial court to decide bail cancellation application within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms.

Inform the concerned Court accordingly.
