The petitioner is one of the accused facing four special cases pertaining to the Prevention of Corruption Act. Out of which two special cases namely A.C.B. Nos.4/2010 and 5/2009 are pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Akola whilst Special Case (ACB) Nos.5/2009 and 6/2009 are pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati.

It is petitioner's contention that the nature of allegations are similar as well as the witnesses are almost same in all cases. It is petitioner's contention that in order to bring entire material before the Court and to avoid conflicting views all cases needs to be clubbed at one place. The petitioner would submit that he has made accused of all four cases as party respondents.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 13.6.2024.

Mr. S.V. Narale, learned A.P.P. waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Mr. D.S. Sirpurkar, learned Counsel waives notice for respondent Nos.13 and 18 to 22.

It is submitted that all accused are on bail. 8.

The trial Court shall not frame charge in either of the cases till the next date.
