The petition challenges the order dated 09.01.2024 passed by the learned Additional District Consumer Commission, Nagpur in EA Nos. 17/63, 17/64, 17/65, 17/14, 17/15, 17/24 and 17/137, whereby the bail application of the petitioners have been rejected. 3.

The contention is that inspite of the petitioners were released on bail, in which they were arrested, they are inside the jail in view of the production warrant issued by the learned Additional District Consumer Commission, Nagpur.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.02.2024.
