This is an application simplicitor challenging the order dated 08.11.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, whereby the application (Exh.8) filed by the present petitioners in Criminal Revision No.6 of 2023 seeking dismissal of revision came to be rejected. In subsistence, the said order of Sessions Court rejecting the urge for dismissal of revision is the subject matter of challenge.
