The matter was got circulated for today and now the learned Advocate Mr. Priyesh M. Anjikar submits that he would be appearing in the matter in place of the Advocate on record. In fact when matter is got circulated and a specific date has been given we may not adjourn the matter. Nobody is allowed to take the time of the Court unnecessarily. Learned Advocate now seeks accommodation and we find no reason, however, we grant the adjournment in the interest of justice but we would impose costs in token for taking time of the Court. Costs of Rs.1,000/- be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Authority Bench at Nagpur before the next date.
