In response to the order dated 21st August, 2025, the respondent No.1 has filed affidavit, stating therein, the name of the Investigating Officers responsible for the investigation at the relevant time. The order dated 21st August, 2025 further states that the petitioner shall add these Investigating Officers as party respondents.

The petitioner shall accordingly amend the cause-title within three working days from today. 3.

Once the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents returnable in two weeks.

Learned APP shall take instructions for the newly added respondents and file reply.
