In compliance to order dated 15-9-2025, respondent no. 4 Mr. Sanjay Singh, Police Inspector attached to Police Station, Sadar, Nagpur and respondent no. 5 Mr. Dnyaneshwar Nalat, retired Police Inspector are present. So far as respondent no. 6 Anita Khedkar is concerned, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits she is working at Pune and has difficulty to remain present before the Court. We may clarify that vide order dated 15-9-2025, we have instructed these respondents to remain present before the Court but have not said to remain present physically. In other words, these respondents could remain present through video conferencing as well. We expect respondent no. 6 to remain present before the Court on next date accordingly i.e. through video conferencing. It is informed that the charge-sheet has been filed. List the petition for further consideration on 15-10-2025.
