It is petitioner's grievance that though he has filed a written complaint dated 5.10.2023 F.I.R. has not been registered as per his contention. It is alleged that police have merely obtained his signature on the F.I.R. which they have prepared in the way to suit the purpose of accused.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable after six weeks.
