By this Writ Petition, the Petitioners have challenged the order of issuance of process in domestic violence proceeding.

The learned Counsel for the Respondents submitted that approximately the arrears against the present Petitioners are of Rs. 2 Lakhs.

The Petitioners to deposit the 50% amount i.e. Rs. 1 Lakh within four weeks and the balance i.e. Rs. 1 Lakh in next four weeks.
