2.
The petitioner would submit that when he has obtained a permission to travel abroad in sister Criminal Writ Petition No.898/2023 vide order dated 16.02.2024, the existing First Information Report came to be filed on 20.02.2024 in order to bypass the order of this Court. Therefore, the petitioner seeks permission to travel abroad despite registration of this crime bearing First Information No.120/2024 with Police Station Zaripatka, District Nagpur.
3.
It is the dispute between the husband and the wife. We have considered all the aspects and in the sister petition, we have permitted the petitioner to travel abroad vide order dated 16.02.2024. Considering the nature of accusation, we do not feel that this crime should come into the way in following our order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.898/2023.
4.
In view of above, the petitioner is also permitted to travel abroad as regard to existing crime.
