We have passed a detailed order with regard to the conduct of the respondent No.2 - complainant in Criminal Writ Petition No.898/2023. We have also recorded that there is enough material which is not disputed by the respondent No.3 in the said proceedings, which led to drawing of an inference that respondent No.2 got married to the petitioner not only during subsistence of her earlier marriage but also that there is a prima facie satisfaction about the query of false implication in the offence in question.

For the said reasons, further proceedings even in the present Writ Petition shall remain stayed. 4.
