The petition challenges quashing of Domestic Violence Proceedings No.16 of 2022 filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Barshitakli, District Akola, under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

The contention is that the general allegations are made against the petitioners. The Division Bench of this Court has stayed the filing of charge-sheet in criminal complaint lodged by the respondent against the petitioners.
