DATE : 03.12.2024 This is an application for quashing of the proceeding filed under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (for short, 'the D.V. Act'). 2.

This Court has already held while deciding APL No.179/2020 (Jalendra s/o Sakharam Khare and ors. Vs. State of Maharashtra and another) and other connected matters on 06.06.2023 that the application for quashing the D.V. Act proceeding under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is not maintainable.

In view of this, Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed being not maintainable.
