The petitioner is a practicing Advocate. He has secured bail order for his client from the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Nagpur (the DRI). Upon instructions of client, the petitioner received a sum out of which he has deposited money towards cash security to the DRI and rest appropriated for professional fees. 3.

According to the petitioner, having regard to the said act of Advocate, the Bank upon instructions of respondent no.2 Director General of Police, State Cyber Crime Cell, Gandhinagar, Gujarat has freezed petitioner's both bank accounts. According to the petitioner there is no justification for seizing his bank accounts. 4.

Issue notice to respondent nos. 2 to 5, returnable on 28.03.2024. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 3 and 4, waive notice.

Respondent nos.3 and 4 Banks, who have freezed the accounts at the instance of respondent no.2
