It was precisely the grievance that the petitioner has deposited sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with respondent No.2 Director General of Police, State Cyber Crime Cell, CID Crime, Gandhinagar, Gujarat towards security on behalf of his client. According to the petitioner, he being Advocate received total sum of Rs.1,50,000/- from his client for which he has secured bail from Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. According to the petitioner his role was restricted to the extent of only depositing surety amount with D.R.I., however, respondent Nos.3 and 4 banks have seized the petitioner's entire accounts.

Learned Counsel appearing for both banks would submit that since they received official communication from respondent No.2 requiring them to seize the petitioner's account they have acted accordingly. 4.

On last date we have directed respondent Nos.3 and 4 banks to communicate our earlier order dated 21.3.2023 to respondent No.2 which they have complied

2 wp249.20924 but today no one is present on behalf of respondent No.2. 5.

Respondent No.2 office of Director General of Police, State Cyber Crime Cell, CID Crime, Gandhingar, Gujarat at whose behest the petitioner's accounts have been freezed is from the State of Gujarat. The respondent No.2 by e-mail has directed banks to freeze the account. We once again direct both the banks to communicate this order to respondent No.2 on the same e-mail with understanding that if they did not turn, this Court will proceed further in accordance with law. The petitioner has also filed a service affidavit via e-mail and post also. We direct petitioner to additionally serve this order on respondent No.2 via speed post.

Considering the contingency we request learned D.S.G.I. to communicate this order to respondent No.2 for our assistance.
