It is common ground that the documents, which were sought through search warrant, has been filed along with rejoinder by the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that the respondent no. 2 is satisfied with those documents.

In addition to this, the learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that these documents will be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Akola.

In wake of the supply of the documents, which was sought under the impugned order dated RR Jaiswal

2 11-wp-250-24.odt 16.02.2024 passed in RCC No. 153/2023 by the JMFC, Akola for issuance of search warrant becomes infructuous and therefore, it is set aside.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
