The petitioner challenges the order dated 29/08/2023 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kelapur under Section A-1 of the Mumbai Police Act, 1951 thereby, externing the petitioner from Yavatmal District for two years. The petitioner also challenges the order dated 23/01/2024 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati thereby, rejecting the appeal of the petitioner. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within two weeks.
