This is a petition seeking to quash First Information Report vide Crime No.806/2023 registered with Police Station Jaripatka, District Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 364, 307, 394, 294, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act as well as invocation of the provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime, 1999.
