The order dated 30.03.2021, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Malkapur, in R.C.C. No.35 of 2020, thereby rejecting the discharge application of the petitioner, is under challenge in this petition. The petition also challenges the order of dismissal of revision application by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Malkapur, District Buldhana, in Criminal Revision Application No.9 of 2023. 3.

The contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that the petitioner is a Clerk in Education Office, Buldhana, and there are allegations of submitting fabricated order of this Court by accused Nos.1 and 2. The petitioner, relying on the said fabricated order, recommended to approve the proposal submitted by accused Nos.1 and 2. The further contention is that the petitioner was not having any knowledge about the production of fabricated order of this Court by the accused Nos.1 and 2.
