Today, the respondent no.4 father is present with a minor boy aged 8 years. Learned Counsel Shri Wagh undertakes to appear on behalf of respondent no.4 and seeks time to file a reply.

We have inquired with the minor boy through the learned Addl.P.P. Ms Udeshi on which it is learth that the boy at present wishes to stay with father. 3.
The issue is about the custody of minor son aged 8 years. We have expressed that the matter could be resolved by way of mediation. Both have agreed for the same.

In view of the above, we hereby appoint learned Counsel Shri S.Y. Deopujari as a Mediator.
5.
Both party (husband and wife) with the minor son shall appear before the Mediator within two weeks by taking his prior appointment.

The Mediator shall submit the report within three weeks thereafter.
7.
The presence of the father with his minor son is dispensed with.

Stand over after Summer Vacation.
