It is petitioners' grievance that on their behalf, petitioner No.21 has filed report with the Police on the basis of which crime has been registered vide Crime No. 218 of 2022, registered with Police Station Durgapur, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 406,420,467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. However, the investigation has not been conducted. It is submitted that later on, investigation has been transferred to respondent No.3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks.
