Learned A.P.P. points out that the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Investigating Officer stating that prima facie nothing is found false and fabricated in the proceedings book and no offence is transpiring on the basis of complaint after whatever investigation he has carried out, and therefore he wants to file 'C' summary. However, in view of the order passed by this Court on 22-04-2024, the said 'C' Summary could not be filed.

In view of the said statement, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file the report i.e. 'C' Summary as per his affidavit before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, within a period of two weeks from today.

Copy of the same be produced in this proceeding.
