The petitioner got married with daughter of respondent No.4 on 19.12.2023 of which a certificate has been produced. It is contended that though marriage took place, they never lived together but were desirous to live together after their respective examinations. 3.
The petitioner alleges that by the time respondent No.4 came to know about the marriage and thus, to prevent the lady to stay with the petitioner, he had wrongfully confined his own daughter. Therefore, the petitioner seeks writ of habeas corpus.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 03.05.2024.
