Heard learned advocates for the parties.

As per the impugned order, the petitioner has been directed to clear 40% arrears of maintenance as may be calculated with the help of both the advocates before the trial Court. This order has been passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Amravati on the stay application made by the petitioner.

In view of this, learned advocates for the parties shall place on record of this petition, a statement/calculation of arrears of maintenance till the date of stay order. Such a statement/calculation be filed on or before the next date. 4.
