By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking relief of releasing of the seized Car Volkswagen bearing registration No. MH-31-FR-9055 which was seized by the investigating agency in connection with crime registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (MPID Act), under Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act and under Sections 4 and 5 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes Act, 1978.
